TERMS & CONDITIONS - MOCHAKK CALLING FESTIVAL 2025
1. General
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) incorporate any site/venue owners’, vendors’, and/or agents’ terms or rules. Possession of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
Mochakk Calling Festival 2025 reserves the right to:
Refuse admission or remove any person from the event site without refund for safety reasons, unacceptable behavior, or breach of these T&Cs.
Amend restrictions and conditions before or during the event to ensure safety.
No liquids, gels, or lotions may be brought into the event, except for permitted items (e.g., sun cream, perfume, and makeup in plastic or paper containers under 100ml).
Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted. Attendees without bags will receive faster entry.
By entering the event site, you consent to being filmed or recorded for any media purpose, including marketing or security.
Food and Drink will be available to purchase at the Event.
We accept no liability for loss, injury, illness, or damage unless directly caused by our negligence. Attendees are responsible for their own personal property.
These T&Cs are governed by English law.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only granted if:
The event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled.
The event is materially altered, meaning it becomes significantly different from what ticket purchasers reasonably expected.
Non-material alterations (e.g., lineup changes, venue changes, delays, weather issues) do not qualify for refunds. Refund requests must be submitted within three months of the event.
We are not responsible for any personal costs (e.g., travel, accommodation) related to the event.
3. Age Policy
The event is strictly 17+. Valid photographic ID (passport, EU ID card, or UK/EEA driving license) is required upon entry.
4. Tickets
Tickets may only be resold through official resale platforms.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be rendered invalid.
Wristbands issued at entry are required for access; lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
Tickets cannot be used for promotional purposes without written consent.
5. Security & Health
Searching is required as a condition of entry.
Any item deemed dangerous may be confiscated.
Excessive exposure to loud music may harm hearing.
The use of pyrotechnics, lasers, and strobe lighting will occur.
6. Banned Items
Banned from Event: Aerosols, Airhorns, Alcohol, Animals (except for assistance dogs), Balloons, Barbeques and any kind of cooking apparatus, Bicycles, Blowtorches, Cans, Chairs of any sort (including stools, floor seating and shooting sticks), Drinks including bottled water, Drones, Drugs, Gas canisters, Gazebos/parasols/large (golf) umbrellas, Glass (including glass makeup or perfume bottles), Food hampers/cool bags/boxes, Fires, Firewood, Fireworks, Flags on poles, Flares, Generators of any kind, Illegal substances, Inflatable furniture, Items which may be regarded as weapons, Legal highs (including ‘legal highs’ – this includes Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment including balloons), Laser equipment/pens, Liquids/gels over 100ml, Megaphones, New psychoactive substances (NPS), Petrol burners, Pyrotechnics, unauthorised professional recording or transmitting equipment, Roller skates, Scooters, Sky or ‘chinese’ lanterns, Smoke bombs / canisters, Sound systems (including personal speakers), Spray cans, Tabards/high viz jackets, unauthorised vehicles including buses, coaches or trucks, unidentified substances, goods with unauthorised Event or artist logos, motorcycle helmets, personal drones. If you need to bring specific food or drink or medication due to a pre-existing medical condition, please bring supporting medical evidence.
Photographic and other recording equipment is permitted if it is for personal non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to charge a licence fee for any commercial use of photographs / visual / audio recordings taken at the Event.
The use of drones (including toy drones) or similar is prohibited on or near the Event sites without Our written permission.
Other than as referenced in condition 1 of banned items, it is not permitted to bring any external food or beverages into any area/venue within the Event sites.
Items that are surrendered or confiscated will not be returned. Anyone resisting the surrender of banned items will face eviction from the Event.
7. Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If Mochakk Calling Festival 2025, at its discretion, approves a customer’s cancellation request, instalments and deposits will not be refunded.
Mochakk Calling Festival 2025 may cancel the event, in part or in full, if safety is compromised.
Customers are responsible for obtaining travel insurance to cover cancellations.
